4th Industrial Revolution arrives with at least 30 new professions

IoT and super-fast connections will allow machines to make decisions on their own.



A study carried out by the National Service of Industrial Learning, SENAI, predicts the emergence of 30 new occupations in eight areas that should suffer the greatest impact of the so-called industry 4.0. According to the research, professionals such as cybersecurity engineer, information technician and automation, hybrid vehicle mechanic and designer for 3D technologies must emerge and consolidate in the market in the next five to ten years.


4th Industrial Revolution, through the Internet of Things (IoT) super fast connections and artificial intelligence, industrial production will be more agile, allowing integrated and connected machines to make decisions on their own and interact with other machines over the internet. Without the barriers between physical and virtual worlds, whole products are drawn and gain life.
